Actively promote and sell our range of luxury vehicle to customers.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences and recommend suitable vehicles accordingly.
Provide product demonstrations and test drives to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Effectively manage customer inquiries, both in person and via phone or email, providing accurate information and timely responses.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our vehicle inventory, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers, ensuring terms are fair and transparent.
Collaborate with the finance and insurance departments to facilitate vehicle financing and additional product sales.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives set by management.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, fostering repeat business and referrals.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
Attend sales training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
