Reit Fund Manager
Job Description
A Canadian REIT firm is currently looking for a Fund Manager, Asset and Investment Management to join the team at its start up phase.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and drive asset mgt strategies and plans, work closely with the property manager to develop strategies to optimise revenue, performance and enhance capital growth.
2. Check all taxes and licencing requirement for Investment From India to Canada
3. Annual business plan, budgeting, asset valuation, asset enhancement initiatives and budgets
4. Underwriting, due diligence and documentation for new asset acquisition(s) and divestment(s)
5. Develop and update monthly/ quarterly asset and portfolio reports/ models
Job Requirement :
1. Degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Banking & Finance
2. Min. 3 years of relevant experience, with exp in a leadership role, preferably in the real estate sector, in particular REIT, PE, Fund
3. Self-starter, highly motivated and entrepreneurial
