Position - Retail Store ManagerDesignation - Mid Management LevelReporting to - Retail Head- We're looking for a store manager to oversee daily operations in ReiseMoto Retail store at Bangalore and Pune and ensure it runs smoothly and effectively. - As the store manager, you will be responsible for motivating the sales team to fulfill sales goals, developing business strategies, and upholding the operational and organizational standards of the store. - Additionally, you will recruit, hire, and train new staff, and take on other administrative tasks as needed, such as monitoring inventory levels. - The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate impeccable leadership skillsObjectives of this role:- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards and a welcoming store atmosphere- Oversee sales team recruitment and shape and facilitate training processes- Create a clean and safe store environment that complies with health and safety regulations and company standards- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner- Set a strong, professional example for mid-level managers and store associates to followKey Responsibilities for the role:- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profit margins, and present these reports to company leadership- Conduct annual personnel performance appraisals, providing clear and actionable feedback and delivering constructive criticism to help staff improve- Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed.- Source, hire, train, and oversee new staff, leading by example and ensuring efficiency in the training process- Arrange promotional material and in-store displays- Undertake financial-planning tasks, including managing the store budget- Achieve growth and hit sales targetsKey requirements for the role:- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in a Retail sales profile (Niche/premium product) for brand or retail or business development- Prior experience in accessories and apparel, lifestyle product sales would be preferred. - Passionate about bikes- Motorcycle rider and interested in travelling and exploring- Consultative selling experience is required.- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.- Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insights.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
