Job Opening: Rehabilitation Therapist at Sakya

Position: Rehabilitation Therapist

: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and mental conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to help children achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of chils's physical, emotional, and cognitive conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on child's needs and goals.
• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and counselling.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate their families about treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to support recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Rehabilitation Therapy,
• Valid RCI certification as a Rehabilitation Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation therapy.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
