Responsible for interpreting payments regulatory requirements, executing impact assessment and completing detailed Requirements Capture Documentation ready for presentation to Feature Teams
Responsible for interpreting often ambiguous requirements received by the business (New Payment Products and Client On-Boarding), executing impact assessment against the existing suite of Reports, and completing detailed Requirements Capture Documentation ready for presentation to Feature Teams
Responsible to end to end management of assigned Jira user stories, ensuring that all updates are entered into Jira, dates are aligned as per agreed completion dates
Responsible for eliciting impact assessment and requirements capture from local branch SMEs often having to complete Requirements Capture Documentation on their behalf
Chair Requirements Capture deep-dive Walkthrough sessions with Feature Teams ensuring that identified gaps are closed within the agreed timeframe
Liaise with Product Owners, Feature Teams, and Testing Teams through the scrum process ensuring that requirement documentation is always kept up to date and progress is reflected within Jira User Stories
Required Skills & Qualification Required:
Demonstrate hand-on experience in more than one of the following Waterfall and Agile Best Practices across Operations and Technology:
Business Requirements Gathering. Requirements Validation. Writing Business Requirements Documents.Writing Epics and User Stories Acceptance Criteria. Demonstrate understanding of Waterfall and Agile Best Practices (Confluence, Jira, Scrum) across both Operations and Technology Demonstrate awareness in one of the Payments Regulations: Tax, Anti-Money-Laundering, PSD2, Payment Transactions
Demonstrate awareness in one of the following: SEPA, Wires, Direct Debits, FX, paper based, clearings, ISO standards, SWIFT
Strong stakeholder management: connection, communication & collaboration.
Intellectually curious: will need to be passionate about the subject matter and keen to grow a detailed knowledge of the regulatory landscape through relevant research, data analysis and solutioning
Applies a global and firmwide perspective in establishing direction for team
Promotes partnership, encourages collaboration, information sharing and discussion to break down silos
Knowledge of payment products and related regulatory landscape.
Developing policies, procedures, performance outcomes and standards that are aligned to meet all regulatory and controls standards.
