This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Regulatory Operations team to partner with the Business.As an Associate in the Regulatory Operations team, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into compelling visual narratives that drive strategic business decisions. This position requires a creative and analytical thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful and actionable visualizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics & expertise in leading visualization tools, ensuring data accuracy and clarity in all outputs. You will be responsible to analyze data, design dashboards, utilize automation tools, visualize data, and uphold controls in project contributionsJob responsibilities:

• Develop and design interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to drive strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements & translate into actionable visual insights
• Ensure data accuracy & integrity in all visualizations & reports, contributing to data-driven decision-making
• Update latest trends, best practices in data visualization & analytic, proactively implement improvement
• Provide training and support to team members on data visualization tools, enhancing data literacy across the Org
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns & insights that drive business decisions & strategic initiatives
• Perform risk assessments and identify process gaps to build robust controls
• Conduct root cause analysis and make recommendations for addressing identified deficiencies
• Write user case stories and test scenarios for quality review of regulatory reports, ensuring compliance & accuracy

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services, Data Visualization, or a related role
• Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView/Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc
• Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts
• Extensive experience in project delivery across multiple streams with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build successful partnerships
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive change and Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and development

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Professional experience as a Quality Analyst, Risk Manager, or Project Manager is a plus
