About the role


As an Regulatory Specialist, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be a pivotal player in the delivery of new product developments (NPDs) to global markets, as you craft dossiers and technical files that clear the path for innovation. Your role will be to streamline regulatory processes and ensure a \'right first time\' approach, collaborating with cross-functional teams. If you have the expertise to guide products through the regulatory maze to consumers worldwide, we want to hear from you. Your responsibilities


  • Partner with local regulatory teams to consolidate key requirements for NPDs, focusing on precision and proactive problem-solving.
  • Deliver high-quality dossier and technical file submissions within set timelines, ensuring robust project continuity.
  • Maintain effective communication with authoring functions and regulatory affairs, addressing potential issues swiftly.
  • Contribute to refining Regulatory processes, driving accuracy and efficiency to accelerate market introduction.
  • Offer subject matter expertise to support innovation projects, as directed by management.


The experience we\'re looking for


  • Holds an honours degree in a scientific discipline or possesses equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable regulatory experience in NPD, dossier creation, and global product registrations.
  • Up-to-date with the regional and global regulatory landscape, submission processes, and lifecycle management.
  • Skilled in preparing and submitting dossiers, managing variations, and renewals.
  • High attention to detail in reviewing and authoring technical documents.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects in a high-pressure environment while meeting quality standards.
