Regulatory Compliance and Controls Senior Analyst

The Regulatory Compliance and Controls Senior Analyst will assist in implementing the Information Technology (IT) Compliance and Controls Assurance strategy at Corteva. This individual will understand and engage in control practices, audits, general risk and assurance, with a focus on SAP. They will work closely with business users, internal and external audit; information risk management; security architecture and the digital identity services program.

Responsibilities:

• Review current IT processes and controls to determine and recommend security enhancements, with a focus on SAP
• Develop and execute controls and compliance plans based on risk assessments, regulatory frameworks, and audit controls for SAP
• Appropriately document exceptions and deficiencies, including working with process owners to develop and execute a remediation plan.
• Act as point of contact for various audit related activities such as scheduling, report reviews, and remediation management.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management and develop action plans to mitigate risk.
• Create and deliver status updates for IT Compliance and Controls Assurance activities.
• Formulate and communicate recommendations to strengthen internal control processes to improve operational productivity.
• Coach and mentor team members to grow the SAP control knowledge base of the team.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Basis and Security for ECC, BW, HANA and Fiori including table, role, and code design.
• Understanding of SAP GRC Access Control, Identity management and Risk Management Module.
• Experience in the design, implementation, and testing of business process or Information Technology (IT) controls in an SAP environment, including SAP automated, manual, security, and segregation of duty controls.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels of management

• SAP Training and Certification
• Familiarity with COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO27k, PCI DSS, etc. and how these are evaluated in the SAP environment.
• Current knowledge of latest risks and challenges in the SAP space and able to provide current and ongoing recommendations to partners on our risk posture
• Operational IT technical and managerial experience
• Familiarity effectively leveraging MSP (Managed Service Provider)
• Competency working with international teams
• Applicable certifications (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CGEIT, CRISC)

• 7+ years of experience with IT and/or IS risks, policies, standards, controls, processes and procedures
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with SAP business processes and controls
• Bachelor\'s degree or comparable technical certifications and training
