Draslovka Agricultural Solutions is seeking a Product Regulatory Specialist for the region India, Asia, Pacific & MENA to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing biocide and pesticide product registrations and regulatory compliance in accordance with the regulations of each region and country. Draslovka Agricultural Solutions has an innovative range of 21 st -century fumigant products for a new age in crop protection for pre-plant, pest control and post-harvest. These are environmentally safe products and are approved in several countries. Draslovka Services India is actively registering and marketing these fumigant products for the Indian market. Job description: The primary responsibility is to work closely with Central Insecticide Board, Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage division to register and gain approval of new fumigants, biocides and chemical products for Indian markets; The job will also involve working with Overseas registration agencies for approval of Draslovka products in the Asia Pacific and MENA regions; The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will ensure professional and quality regulatory submissions and reporting to gain, maintain and defend national registrations and re-registration for Draslovka products; You\'ll be responsible for preparing regulatory affair dossiers for new active substances and formulated products, identifying data requirements, assessment of requirements for registration, reviewing the overseas registration data and modifying for local submission, organize local scientific trials, identifying local testing lab, regular follow-up with testing lab, gain approval to import product for local trials, attend meetings with registration authority and travel required (domestic and International); Preparing a Gantt chart encompassing all activities, responsibilities, and the timeline Maintain regulatory files/database and chronologies in good order. Responsible for timely registration of the product portfolio Maintain current knowledge of local and international regulations, guidance, and standards applicable to the company product portfolio. Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to requests for information and data. Be responsible from starting the product scheduling to the final registration certificate of new fumigants, biocides, pesticides, and other chemical products for Indian and Asia Pacific and MENA regions. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in biology, toxicology, environmental science, or related field; Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in pesticide, biocide product regulatory affairs in India; At least 2 years experience of biocide and pesticide regulations in the region of Asia, Pacific and MENA; Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders;
