Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our global IV drip team with our first flagship store in Trivandrum,Kerala. The RN will be responsible for administering intravenous (IV) therapies to patients in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring they receive the appropriate fluids, vitamins, and nutrients based on their individual health needs. The ideal candidate should have experience with IV insertion and patient care, as well as a commitment to providing a positive and professional experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer intravenous (IV) fluid therapy, including hydration, vitamin infusions, and other treatments as prescribed.

Perform venipuncture (IV insertion) for patients and ensure proper placement of IV lines.

Monitor patients during IV treatments to detect any signs of adverse reactions or complications.

Educate patients on the benefits and risks of IV therapy, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient treatments, including the types of fluids or medications administered.

Work closely with the medical team to assess patient needs and develop personalized IV drip therapy plans.

Ensure a clean and sterile environment for IV treatments and follow proper infection control protocols.

Provide post-treatment care instructions and monitor patient recovery during and after the procedure.

Assist with patient check-ins, prepare treatment areas, and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for patient care.

Stay current with IV therapy protocols, treatment techniques, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.

Licensure: Current and active RN license

Experience: Previous experience in an IV therapy setting, infusion clinic, or similar healthcare setting is preferred.

Skills: Strong knowledge of IV therapy, excellent venipuncture skills, ability to assess and monitor patients effectively, strong communication skills, and compassionate patient care.

Certifications: BLS/CPR certification required; IV certification or experience is highly preferred.

Additional: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
