Registered Nurse
Job Description
• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and routine health assessments.
• Monitor residents' health status, record vital signs, and report any changes in condition to physicians or supervisors.
• Collaborate with doctors, Health care assistants, residents, and families to develop personalized care plans that address each resident's health needs.
• Educate and train Health care assistants, residents and their families on managing chronic conditions, medications, and preventive health measures.
• Work closely with Health care assistants, therapists to provide holistic and coordinated care.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Rotational shift
• Weekend availability
Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
• Hindi (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• Nursing License (Preferred)
