Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate

Critical Care Nurse / ICU Nurse / Emergency Nurse / Staff Nurse

to provide top-quality care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:Patient Care & Monitoring

Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and emergency patients. Continuously monitor and assess patient vital signs and responses to treatment. Administer medications, IV fluids, and life-saving interventions as per physician instructions. Assist in emergency resuscitation and other advanced life support procedures. Ensure proper use of ventilators, monitors, and other ICU/Emergency equipment.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Educate patients and families on medical conditions and treatment plans.

Compliance & Safety

Follow hospital policies, infection control guidelines, and patient safety protocols. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Ensure proper handling and disposal of medical waste.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Nursing License

(RN/BSN) in [Specify Region/Country].

Experience:

1-5 years of experience in ICU, Emergency, or Critical Care settings preferred.

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS, PALS (Preferred or Required). Strong knowledge of critical care procedures, pharmacology, and patient management. Ability to work in high-pressure situations with quick decision-making skills. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
