Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree in Nursing / GNM
Registered Nurse license
3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge and experience in Endoscopy, ICU, MICU, PICU, NICU, and Scrub Nurse (Ortho)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs
Assess and document patient symptoms, progress, and any changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatments, and preventative measures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies
Assist in emergency procedures and participate in code blue team as required
