We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Tele Support. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and efficient telephonic support system for our patients and stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Assessing and monitoring patients\' health conditions.
Administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians.
Observing and recording vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Performing various nursing procedures such as wound care, injections, and IV therapy.
IV cannulation, Ryle\'s tube insertion and foley\'s catheterisation
Assisting procedures like arterial line , CVP line, Tracheostomy, dressing, suturing and suture removal and gynaec procedures etc....
Assisting with diagnostic tests and medical procedures (intubation , ECG)
Monitoring and maintaining medical equipment used in patient care.(cardiac monitors, infusion pumps , syringe pumps , BIPAP , Ventilator, Lap instruments etc.
Effectively communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
Basic computer skills
Accurately maintaining patient records and documenting nursing assessments and interventions.
Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to plan and provide comprehensive patient care.
Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans.
Ensuring that patients receive appropriate and timely care.
Engaging in ongoing education and training to stay updated on medical advancements and nursing best practices.
Adhering to health care policies, protocols, and regulations.
Providing emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.OT \xe2\x80\x93 General shiftWard and ICU \xe2\x80\x93 3 shifts (Morning + Evening + Night)
Requirements:
Education: GNM or B.sc Nursing
Licensure: Valid Nursing license issued by the appropriate state licensing board.
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred depending on the specialty area.
Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical nursing role, may be preferred.
Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, effective communication abilities, proficiency in basic nursing procedures and techniques, proficiency in electronic medical record systems, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
