KRA1 Training Delivery and Execution Deliver the planned training sessions for the designated teams, spanning across Induction, Refreshers, Skill Builders, Assessments and Product / Process / Policy updates Create and publish monthly training calendars for all regions/zones and dashboards for all stakeholders Ensuring logistics for trainer availability, physical and virtual session balance and schedule adjustments based on availability of subject matter experts Collaborating with the unit L&D teams to cross pollinate knowledge and trainer logistics coordination
KRA2 Capability Building and Knowledge Check Conducting need based workshops / training programs for the front line sales team to build their knowledge and skills Demonstrating on-the-job excellence in training delivery for team members to learn from Travelling and conducting periodic training quality audits across geographies and, combined with stakeholder feedback, using it for bridging knowledge / skill gaps within the team
Conduct regular product and process knowledge test for accessing the sales teams knowledge and skills
KRA3 Governance and feedback Ensuring compliance, values and code of conduct adherence by self and trainees during the training sessions Analyzing and funneling ground feedback captured by the training team to the senior leadership of ABCDL to act as strategic inputs Capturing all training related data for the region/zone and sharing it with the central team for aggregation and analysis
