You will lead the training processes to empower the teams with Knowledge and Skills. The role requires a lot of collaboration with cross functions such as Operations, HR, Quality Assurance etc. You will be accountable for the Partners knowledge, food and beverage quality, Customer experience and Career progression of our Partners. Responsibilities: Conduct Induction & Orientation of new joiners including Senior Management and evaluate learning transfer Ensure each new hire is Certified as per the Training Plan Own the quality of partners and managers working across retail stores and VaaS sites Facilitate New Product Launch (NPL) trainings ensuring 100% compliance and effectiveness Periodic visits to the retail stores and VaaS sites for OJT / Audit Manage the team of trainers with periodic follow-up on deliverables PMS on a quarterly basis for trainers Build rapport with educational institutions to leverage hiring opportunities, across levels Active participation in campus recruitment Update training materials to make them more relevant to the needs of the organization Monitor the on-going training activities and provide training support like refresher training, merchandising training, customer service training, food training, SOPs training, & new launch training Keeping track of the training hour on daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis through trackers. Coordinate with HR & Managers in relation to administration of employee performance reviews and identify performance gaps that can be addressed by training. Preparing the training program calendar, certification framework and driving the same across business units Monitoring personal development plans for employees post training and assessing training effectiveness with pre and post training audits Steer TNI and TNA at the functional and individual level to identify the gaps between the current and the desired performance Requirements: Should be open to be on field to train the store partners and VaaS partners with minimum of 5years of experience Preferably with a 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler Must be able to communicate in Regional language and English Work experience as a Retail Training Manager or similar role Availability to travel and visit our retail stores and VaaS units, as needed Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms Excellent presentation skills Ability to motivate employees to achieve Operational Excellence About Chai Point: The world\'s largest Chai-led beverage platform, Chai Point, is an omni channel brand that started in 2010.
