Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Training Manager at Hand in Hand India in Vadodara. The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing training programs, developing training materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating training effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful training outcomes and supporting the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Training Program Development, Workshop Facilitation, and Training Evaluation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Provide Training to our Employees, who are working in Belstar Microfinance.
• Experience in the micro finance sector will preferred.
• Bachelor's / Master degree
• Fluency in English and local languages or regional dialects is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?28,709.00 per month
