For RHR \xe2\x80\x93 JD & Roles & Responsibilities Date:22-08-2023 Preferred Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata Position: Regional Trade Marketing Executive Eligibility: Educational Qualification: Post-graduation /MBA from any Institute. Experience: Min 3-4 years of experience in marketing role for E2. Relevant experience to be considered for E3/M1 level. Industry preference- consumer durables/ FMCG / paints / telecom Reporting to: Trade Marketing Roles and Responsibilities: Visibility management: Develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies to drive visibility in market. Collaborate with the sales team and HO to align marketing activities along with sales objectives. Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Proactive approach to identifying key visibility in the market basis business & product. Maintain data repository of various activities conducted. Channel Management: Maintain standardisation and Conduct Retailer/ dealer meet for Region/ Branch. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners. Implement channel-specific marketing initiatives to maximize product visibility and availability in co-ordination trade marketing team. Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and consumer engagement. Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns and make data-driven adjustments as needed. Coordinate with CTM / PL team to conduct festive/New Product Launch campaigns Merchandising and Point of Sale (POS) Materials: Develop impactful merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility in-store. Coordinate the design and production of POS materials like displays, shelf talkers, and banners. Ensure consistent branding across all retail touch points. Vendor Management: Develop new local vendors for effective execution of collaterals and campaigns. Budget Management: Manage the trade marketing budget effectively, maintain and reconcile budget vs expenses. Ensure effective utilisation of resources for various planned activities. Monitor expenses and ensure spending remains within budget constraints. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyse data related to sales, promotions, and campaign performance. Generate regular reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of trade marketing efforts. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 410,394.63 - 918,915.44 per year Schedule:
