:Grow with usAbout this opportunity:We are looking for a visionary Regional TA Enablement Lead for Americas to support the Global Talent Acquisition team on its transformation journey. It is a pivotal role focused on transforming and advancing Ericssonxe2x80x99s hiring practices through learning and development.The role exists to strengthen Ericssonxe2x80x99s ability to remain a leader in the market. The quality of the talent we bring in, will determine how innovative and successful we are in the future. The Regional TA Enablement Lead is responsible for ensuring that Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners in the region are enabled to be great at hiring xe2x80x93 selecting high quality talent and providing exceptional experiences throughout the end-to-end process.What you will do:- 80% of the role will focus on TA Enablement for your region:
Act as SME & main point of contact for all TA Enablement in the region
Drive training and change management initiatives for your region to ensure adoption of new ways of working, including processes & tools
Closely monitor and track training completion numbers for your region
Partner with Regional Delivery Team Managers and local Power Users to understand local enablement needs, in the form of knowledge gaps or end user learning styles,and ensuring best practice behaviour and WoW are adopted.
Partner with Regional Operations Lead to gain understanding of the new way of working, process or tool.
Innovate and suggest new ways of enabling our teams, being creative around learning format and style of delivering the learning.
Drive the Global TA Culture and build strong, trust-based relationships with the delivery teams to create a strong community.20% of the role will focus on contribution to global Enablement projects and initiatives:
Own a global project, e.g. designing the TA One Stop Shop, integrating learning nudges in our tools and systems, creating new global learning pathways etc.The skills you bring:Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably within Human Resources or relevant experience within the required area.
Passion for learning, exemplified by University degree
Candidate must have 8+ years of experience, having worked as a recruiter at an agency and in-house.
Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships
Ability to convey information in an engaging and easy-to-understand way
Ability to creatively design learning experiences that create excitement and correspond to the end-users learning styles
Experience as a teacher or instructor is considered an advantage, but is not required
