It is the largest exporter of fans in the country. : Demand fulfilment Responsible to ensure on time spares demand fulfilment of ASC\'s. Responsible to change sales orders shipping points basis on stock availability at state /central warehouse for demand fulfilment. Ensure weekly/ fortnightly MSL replenishment at branch/regional warehouse. Warehousing operations Ensure proper infra in warehouse for operations. Warehouse space and cost optimization. Ensure on time Inbound. Ensure on time outbound transactions. Validation of warehouse claims. Implementation of warehouse/Spares SOP and policies. Coordinate with IT/SCM team for new change management or resolution of transactional issues. Planning of warehouse manpower and utilization. Warranty Return to vendor. Defective disposal. Ensure on time SRN/CN (defective settlement) against warranty return parts to maintain healthy credit management. Performance review with C & F on weekly basis. Logistics operations Responsible for deployment of logistics vendors Courier /FTL as per requirement. Responsible for reverse logistics operations (timely pickup from ASC\'s). Ensure timely pickup and deliveries within region. Settlement of loss shipment by debit /credit activity. Filing of insurance for lost shipment and settlement of ASC\'s. Weekly Performance review with logistics Partners. Inventory management Adequate stock availability at warehouse to fulfil ASC\'s demands. Timely liquidation /return to vendor for defective vendors. Adherence of cycle counting. Bin Location management. Accuracy of Sap and physical stock. Compliance & Audit management. Statuary Audit of warehouse operations. Warehouse safety audits.
