Training need assessment, designing, developing, implementing & evaluating training programs
Knowledge & Selling skills capability building of the field force & managerial skills development for ABMs - through Classroom /Virtual/ e-learning/ On the Job training.
Provide input to stakeholders on the knowledge and skills developmental requirements based on the market and business priorities & market/ customer feedback, strategies to enhance effectiveness of training and outcomes
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Graduate in Science from a Recognized University
Overall 305 years of as a First Line Manager (FLM) and at least 2 or more years as a Training Manager (For External Candidates) certifications courses/ degrees related
to training/ coaching is desirable.
Fluency in written and spoken English communication with a neutral accent
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:a) Training need identification: Identify developmental needs in knowledge and skills in collaboration with stakeholdersb) Planning: Planning pre, during and post training activities in line with excellence academy and divisional priorities, calendarizing them and completing in timec) Execution:
Timely conducting training activities as per plan and driving closure of activities like knowledge assessments, competency assessments, coaching forms,
and e0learning modules
Conduct programs for new joiners in zone of influence, conduct centrally organized programs like TBM Induction, Certifications, on the job training and coaching
Conduct on0the0job coaching / training for representatives and manage
Participate in cycle meetings/ review meetings and conduct need based training/ assessment sessions in collaboration with marketing/ medical team
d) Admin and reporting :
Timely reporting of activities conducted in standard formats with insights and direction to stakeholders
Maintaining training records of all activities conducted
e) Content creation:
Develop training content for various face to face/ virtual/ e learning modules with assessment in line with identified needs/ assigned by Excellence Academy
Timely updation of content to make it relevant for current needs based on the principles of content creation
f) Impact assessment : Review outcome of the training interventions by applying various training evaluation models and develop action plans to enhance impactg) Stakeholder engagement :
Coordinate and liaise with NSTDMs, First0 and Second0line managers, marketing, SFE, HR as per the need and appraise them when required
Act as strategic partner for stakeholders in driving regional initiatives for accelerated productivity and provide market inputs to stakeholders
h) Self0Capability Building and technology usage:
Take initiative to build self0capability on training delivery skills and content creation, Liaise with team & industry colleagues to understand and implement the best practices.
Understanding of LMS functionality and how to leveraging blended learning approach in training and development
