Position Overview: The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives for LT panels and switchgear in Gujarat. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust technical background, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in sales management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing strong client relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance for LT panels and switchgear, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective regional sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence in Gujarat.
• Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E.) or a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically focused on LT panels and switchgear.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of LT panels and switchgear products.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
