Jupiven Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Manager (RBM) with a proven track record in the dermatology field to lead our operations in Punjab and Haryana. The ideal candidate will be based in Ludhiana or Mohali and will be responsible for driving sales and business growth across Ludhiana, Chandigarh/Mohali, Patiala/Bathinda, Panchkula/Ambala, and Karnal regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies for the dermatology product portfolio.
• Leading and mentoring a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Building strong relationships with key opinion leaders, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conducting market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in the dermatology pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the dermatology market in Punjab and Haryana.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
