Job Description

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Responsibilities identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base across the region Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region Building up a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals Prepare regular reports and conducting monthly meetings to review performance Analyzing market trends and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities in region Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients. Suggest to Senior management improvement & changes wherever needed. Capability of working under pressure & achieve targets based on the guidelines of the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals Support the learning and development of the sales team Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads Track and report all sales activities Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis Qualifications

• Experience managing sales teams
• Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ready to travel pan india when required

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 935,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
