Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager specializing in Orthopaedic Implants to lead sales operations and drive growth in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in Orthopaedics sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients in untapped regions, developing productive relationships at all leadership levels.
• Sales Strategy: Define and implement pre-sales and post-sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Product Knowledge: Serve as a product expert, providing training and guidance to the local distribution network.
• Promotional Activities: Organize product promotion and awareness events within the clinical accounts network to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
• Account Management: Manage the accounts network responsible for selling Orthopaedic implant products, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver management reports, providing insights into regional performance and market opportunities.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Industry Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in Orthopaedic implant sales and business development , with an existing network in the field.
• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of Orthopaedic implants and their applications.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time).
• Leadership: Previous experience in team or regional management roles is essential.
