Job Description

:

We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a specific geographic area, responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and ensuring targets are met.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in their assigned geographic regions.

2. Lead and direct the sales team to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives.

3. Ensure the achievement of sales objectives using a performance management system which monitors achievements of all team members on a regular basis.

4. Provide necessary support by working with team members in handling key and challenging accounts.

5. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

6. Regularly present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

7. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

8. Work closely with 'Marketing' and 'Product Development' team members to execute new product launches in Modern Trade, E- commerce, HoReCa & General trade.

9. Plan and implement consumer focused promotional activities in conjunction with the Marketing team.

10. Regularly collect consumer/customer feedback on company and relevant competition products

11. Maintain healthy relationships with super-stockists and distributors and retail partners.

12. Plan and implement trade focused promotional activities resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

13. Responsible for day-to-day management of team members, setting objectives, performance appraisal and determination of reward outcomes.

14. Hire, supervise, mentor and develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

Skills and experience:

1. Qualification: Graduate OR MBA preferred

2. Experience handling an on roll team is Mandatory

3. Should have work experience in General Trade.

4. Strong organizational and analytical skills

5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PPT).

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?125,000.00 per month
