Background of the Role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Bangalore handling entire south India with 4-10+ years of relevant Sales Experience, Strategic Client Relationships, & Account Management in Small, Medium & Large-Scale Corporates and Business Groups. The primary focus will be revenue from region, business development dedicated to advancing business development and sales in tangible and quantifiable measurement. This position requires meeting annual sales revenue targets and an understanding of how to execute long-term growth goals.

As the Regional Sales Manager, the candidate will be responsible for making sure the entire team falls in line with that goal. He would be managing a team of Business Development Managers for his/her region. We're looking for a self-starting professional with managerial experience and a proven track record in sales. We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Regional Sales Manager with expertise in Smart Building Solutions and IoT (Internet of Things) technologies. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our regional sales by providing strategic guidance, technical training, and operational support to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction in the field of IBMS and IoT solutions.

Desired Profile

Technical Enablement:

Good understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), Home Automation and their components, including HVAC systems, lighting controls, energy management systems, etc.

Familiarity with IoT technologies and their application in Home Automation, BMS, including sensors, actuators, data analytics platforms, and cloud-based solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to BDE/BDM on product specifications, system integrations, and technical feasibility of solutions.

Ensure BDM/BDE are equipped with up-to-date technical resources and documentation to support customer engagements.

Proactive, Self-Driven, Intuitive, Engaging, Entrepreneurial, Self-motivated, and Collaborative

Strategic Account management for short term and Long term Business Goals

Strategic thinking - It's essential to see one step ahead

Analytics - Working / Understanding while working with data/decisions

Create and advertise weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and keep C-level executives apprised of the progress

Prepare sales reports and sign off on their accuracy before submitting them

Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors' changes

Establish a referral network with local businesses and find ways to maximise value from those connections

Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as our company grows

Develop and deliver technical training programs for Business Development Managers on Home Automation, BMS products, IoT technologies, and related industry standards.

The ideal candidate is a proven hunter who is highly skilled at building a meaningful and quantifiable pipeline, opening high-level conversations, qualifying opportunities, identifying the decision-makers, and closing the deal in a timely manner

Communication - Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to convey business requirements and needs in a clear, concise, and effective manner. Should be able to be a public spokesperson for the brand

The ideal candidate will know the competitive landscape of the corporate industry as well as bring experience and contacts to potential clients right out of the gate

A passion for Technology and its Application in the BMS environment

Achieve individual Target and Team Target

English language fluency with exceptional communication skills (oral and written) at all levels of organizations, both within clients, teams, and partner organizations is required

Excellent organization skills including time management, Team working, exceptional follow-up, and tracking progress

Sales Strategy and Support:

Collaborate with senior management and product teams to develop sales strategies that align with market trends and customer needs in BMS and IoT.

Assist in crafting compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals that showcase technical capabilities and value propositions effectively.

Analyse market data and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and develop strategies to differentiate our offerings.

Nice To Have

Technical Knowledge of BMS and associated technologies of IoT, Sensors etc.

CTC:

6 lakhs per annum + Incentives and Travelling Allowances

Experience :

4 - 10 years with same Industry (Smart Building Automation) or Real Estate & Construction Industry, Electronics Industry.

Job Type:

Onsite (Monday to Saturday)

Working hours (Indicative) -

9:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Saturday
