Team Management :- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team.- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.Business Development :- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retail pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities.Operational Management :- Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.- Ensure efficient distribution and availability of products in the region.Customer Relationship Management :- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
