Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our industrial safety products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety regulations and requirements across different industries, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for industrial safety products.
Identify and prospect new customers within target industries, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and more.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor on safety product needs and solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our safety products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in safety technology to effectively communicate with customers.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the company\'s CRM system.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network with potential customers and stay updated on market developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial safety or PPE industry.
Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
