Title: Regional Manager- Industrial Safety Products Company Overview: Pammvi Exports Private Limited is a leading provider of industrial safety products, specializing in gloves, coveralls, respirators, and other personal protective equipment (PPE),gas detectors. We are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of workers across various industries, from manufacturing and construction to healthcare and beyond. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our industrial safety products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety regulations and requirements across different industries, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for industrial safety products.
  • Identify and prospect new customers within target industries, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and more.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor on safety product needs and solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our safety products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in safety technology to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the company\'s CRM system.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network with potential customers and stay updated on market developments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial safety or PPE industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
