job detailsJob Summary:The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Asahi Intecc will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration of the company\'s medical device products within the designated region. The RSM will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and establish strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and distributors to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings and market needs.
Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share best practices, and address challenges.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance team culture.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Sales Operations:
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Manage the regional sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Training and Development:
  • Provide product training and education to sales representatives and customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technological advancements.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
Qualifications:Education:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the medical devices industry, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performance sales teams.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
