Regional Sales Manager - Gujarat, Ahmedatad, the incumber, will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives within the designated region. - Building on our client\'s success and market presence, the responsibilities will include leading a team of Field Sales Managers, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the successful conversion of leads into loan applications.Location: Based out of Ahmedabad and will travel out of the city as per business requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Field Sales Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the regional team.2.
