Job Responsibility
1. Developing Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. 2. Team Leadership: Providing leadership, direction, and support to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management. 3. Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth. 4. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and prospecting new clients. 5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analysing sales data, forecasting future sales trends, and preparing regular sales reports for management review. 6. Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments such as research, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and compliance with regulatory requirements. 7. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Participating in budget planning and resource allocation to support sales initiatives effectively. 8. Performance Evaluation: Evaluating the performance of the sales team against targets and KPIs, and implementing corrective actions as needed. 9. Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in sales processes, tools, and techniques, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification
-Minimum 10 years of sales experience. -Strong leadership and analytical skills. -Knowledge of share and security market trends.
