Key responsibilities of a Regional Sales Manager include:
• Setting & achieving sales targets and quotas for the region (North, West & part of OSA) based on company goals and objectives.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching to the sales team.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Analyzing sales data and generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
Preference Criteria:
• Should have master's degree in science, preference to have Microbiology knowledge & MBA
• Should have knowledge in Pharma, Food & Clinical market.
• Should have team handling experience.
• Should have strong leadership, communication & Negotiation skills.
• Should have experience of handling Key accounts & big projects.
• Should have track record of achieving Sales target and driving sales growth
• Better understanding on industry, customer needs, market dynamics in assigned region
• Should have minimum 5 years of Sales experience.
• Should have experience in impactful presentation, excel , SFDC and other business tools
