Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Mumbai or Pune or Aurangabad or Nashik.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory, building lasting relationships with existing and potential customers, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The Area Sales Executive will also be responsible for creating, executing, and managing marketing plans and sales strategies, and reporting sales statistics to senior management. This is a field job, so candidate should be ready regularly going in the market.

Experience and qualification: Science Graduate, BE with 8-10yrs experience in scientific lab industry, lab chemicals, commercial chemical trading, bulk chemicals trading, lab glassware, lab instrumentation industry would be preferred.

Sales Target Achievement: The primary responsibility is to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies to effectively penetrate the market and generate revenue.

Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify potential customers, understand their needs, analyze competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. This includes regular visits, understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the company's products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications. The Area Sales Executive should be able to effectively communicate this information to customers and prospects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
