Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries for Bentley Systems software solutions. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction within the designated region.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience within the software industry, preferably selling to the AEC sectors.
• Deep understanding of AEC workflows, project lifecycles, and software applications.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the region and occasionally internationally as required.
