Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales strategy and expanding our market presence for AHL (Affordable Home loan ) and ALAP (Affordable loan against property.Will be leading a team of Area Sales Managers.Job Location: Thane/Goregaon.Sales Strategy Development:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for AHL and ALAP products.- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Team Leadership and Management:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.Sales Operations:- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring efficient operations and timely follow-ups.- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.Market Expansion:- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance company visibility.
