Job Description


- The candidate shall be responsible for overall performance of the region\'s portfolio including achieving disbursement targets, maintaining collection efficiency parameters etc.- Ideal candidate should have 7+ years of working experience in healthcare finance segment, including working relationship with OEMs/suppliers/dealers- To expand distribution spread, candidate should be able to drive deep-rooted penetration at OEM/Dealers/DSA/Client level with a view to position as \'top of the mind\' recall across sourcing fronts- Apart from his/her own targets, candidate shall need to ensure required deliverables of all SMs of his/her region.- Ideal candidate should be able to showcase strong leadership skills with a solution driven mindset. He/she is expected to work cohesively with all internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow from sourcing to disbursement, as well as post fund-out formalities and client servicing.Other information : - Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline- Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing of Healthcare Equipment Finance cases- Mandatory Skills : Relationship building, Networking, Understanding of financials, Team Management (ref:updazz.com)
