  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and market presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to drive business initiatives and achieve overall company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG/Personal Care industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience in team management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
