organisations sales objectives with a customer centric approach.
2. Must possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an
ability to coach and develop the sales team.
3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics
to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
4. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.5. Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-
driven work environment, attention to detail, adherence to processcompliance and ability to multitask would be a preference.

7. Must possess good knowledge of material of construction in both exotic and
non-exotic metals like, SS, SDSS, LAS, Titanium, Monel, Inconel, Nickel,
Tantalum, Zirconium, Hastelloy.
8. Candidate should have worked in the Ecosystem consisting of EPCs, PMCs,
Direct customers and end users both Public and private sectors.
