Our Vision is to deliver high-quality technology products and deliver our commitment through continual improvement and customer focus.Main Purpose:The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading, managing, and driving sales within a specific region. The RSM will oversee the performance of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Sales Engineers, ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the companys overall growth strategy.Reporting To: National Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities

  • Regional Sales Management
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
  • Team Leadership
  • Manage, mentor, and guide Key Account Managers and Sales Engineers and the team in the region
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve team effectiveness.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Support the team in handling high-value clients and resolving escalated issues effectively
  • Sales Strategy Execution
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to align regional sales initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to refine strategies and optimize offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to pricing policies, terms, and conditions
  • Should adapt various processes like; sales process, territory planning, forecasting, and adding new customers
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and budgeting for the region.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Field Application Engineers, Supply Chain Team and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution of the Purchase Orders and Delivery.
  • Travel 50% - 70% of your office time.
Qualifications/ Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales manager handling big accounts in the domestic market
  • 8+ years experience in sales & key account management and handling a team and regional account management
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and account management.
  • Graduation with the ability to understand technical requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communicator (verbal & written) and a good negotiator
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
