You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors, customers, clients and internal, delivery, TA, sales, and marketing teams.Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute, monitor, and report on sales performance.
  • Own, manage and drive sales for growth and sustenance.
  • Spearhead and develop the annual sales plans for your region of India.
  • Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
  • Use farming and hunting techniques to add to the sales pipeline and eventually convert those deals
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Should be having excellent communication skills
  • Since these are large regions, they should be in the position to travel
  • Age mid of 40ies
  • Experience 12/15/18 yearsxe2x80x99 experience xe2x80x93 Who have worked in the government sector
  • Should have experience in selling IT Solution Sales to Government - IT solutions can be Smart City solutions , Software solutions, Hardware, Transportation Solution etc
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s or masterxe2x80x99s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Total Experience 10+ years Relevant Industry
