Company Description Pecus Healthcare Private Limited is catering to innovative animal veterinary products Role Description As a Regional Sales Manager at Pecus Healthcare Private Limited, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in the Chandigarh region. Your duties will include setting and achieving sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities and customers, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting and forecasting. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India. Responsible for driving revenue targets for the company. Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations. Generating new leads by reaching to potential Veterinary doctors/Big Dairy farms/Stockists/AI workers. Building own team and setting new standards. Building professional relationships with all the stakeholders by conducting engagement activities. Meet and make presentations to owners and senior management. Following up with prospects, negotiating and closing orders. Achieving sales targets given by the manager. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Team player with strong leadership, organizational, and coaching skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Ability to travel to meet clients and attend sales events as needed Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Understanding of the healthcare industry in India is a plus Company Description Pecus Healthcare Private Limited is a Veterinary Pharma healthcare organisation catering to innovative range for products for better health of animals.
