We are Hiring a Regional Sales Manager (Publication) - NorthLocations: NoidaExperience: 8 - 10 Years in Specialization in Children \'s books Non-Educational (Publishing Sector)Qualification: MBA / GraduateInterview Mode: Face to FaceSalary: up to INR 60,000/-Overview: As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing, and distribution efforts of children\'s books within a specified geographic region. Your primary goal will be to maximize revenue and market share while ensuring that the company\'s products reach their intended audience effectively.Responsibilities:1. Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and distributors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including bookstores, Distributors, Whole sellers, School book fair Exhibitors.
2. Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create regional marketing plans and promotional campaigns that align with overall company objectives.
  • Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends and consumer preferences, adapting marketing strategies accordingly.
3. Distribution and Logistics:
  • Oversee the distribution process within the region, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and sales performance, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
4. Relationship Management:
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, networking with stakeholders and promoting company initiatives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for the company\'s values and vision within the children\'s publishing community.
5. Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, detailing sales performance, market share, and competitive analysis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and managing a team effectively.
