CTC : Up to 10 LPA + other perksRoles of RSM :- Regional Manager are responsible to drive their team of Sales Managers to complete their targets - Visiting banks, maintaining strong relations with RO\'s and Zonal Managers in order to generate maximum business. - Generating Affinity leads by association with Kotak Banks\xc2\xa0- Handling a team of Branch Sales Managers (FLS)\xc2\xa0- To ensure more market penetration in order to Generate more business - Managers base location will be Kolkata and will be taking care of entire East Zone Required Qualification And Skills :\xc2\xa0Educational Qualifications : Minimum Graduate (No Arts background) with throughout 60% academic score.
