Position Grade M6Business Description :Regional Sales Manager - 811 Digital Sales (Position Based out of Kolkata)Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage ASM and Channel for East Region.
- Lead 300+ AMDs 20+ RMs and 50+ M2 & above team members.
- Responsible for Regional P&L
- Relationships with Kotak group companies staff for driving cross sell.
- Relationship management with Kotak Area Heads of BB/Sales.
- Training and upskilling of staff.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience of leading channel sales & large sales team.
- High on energy drive focus - Execution oriented.
- Digital quotient, CRM exposure, Analytical bent of mind.
- High on interpersonal skills/Coaching and grooming
- Excellent communication.
