Position Grade M5/M6Business Description :Regional Sales Manager - 811 Relationship Banking (Position Based out of Delhi)Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Head of relationship banking channel for 811 premium customers.
- Lead a team of Area managers and RMs.
- Portfolio management, Key account management.
- Drive cross buy in the book & achieve PH goals.
- Relationship with group companies.
- Training skilling and recruitment of relationship managers.
- Looking after North and East region of India
- Minimum 7-10 years in relationship management
- 1-2 years of individual experience and leading a team of RMs subsequently.
- Working in multiple cities will be a plus.
- High on energy drive focus - Execution oriented.
- Digital quotient, CRM exposure, Analytical bent of mind.
- High on interpersonal skills/Coaching and grooming
