This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in B2B Business Development, Franchisee stores Development , Operations, Marketing trends, P&L, Revenue , Growth, Sourcing and Staffing with a deep understanding of the gold industry, and exceptional negotiation and communication skills.The Regional Head in the jewellery industry is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and driving the performance of multiple stores or business units within a specific geographic region. This role focuses on achieving business objectives, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring operational excellence. Here's a detailed breakdown of the role:Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Executiono Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
o Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
o Set performance targets for stores or sales teams in the region.
o Market Analysis: Identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to develop actionable plans.
o Goal Setting: Define sales targets, profitability goals, and operational objectives for the region.
o Business Expansion: Oversee new store openings, relocations, or refurbishments to enhance regional presence.Sales and Revenue Managemento Drive revenue growth by monitoring and improving sales performance.
o Ensure that individual stores or teams meet their sales targets and KPIs.
o Identify high-potential markets and devise strategies to capture market share.
o Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded across all outlets.
o Promotional Strategies: Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns to boost sales.
