Key Responsibilities:•
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Set sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Coach, mentor, and train sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
•Requirements:•
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 20 years of sales management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel
