Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve merchant acquisition targets.- Drive sales efficiency, ensuring effective merchant onboarding, training, and retention.- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to maximize performance.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.- Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.- Ensure quality customer acquisition and regulatory compliance.- Boost retail outlet usage through training, merchandising, and BTL activities.- Recruit, train, and manage ASM, TSM, and FOS teams.- Drive sales incentives, channel profitability, and reduce channel churn.- Identify and establish distribution partnerships in target geographies.- Manage P&L, monitor team performance, and support career growth.- Exceed business KPIs within the assigned geography.
