We are seeking a proactive and strategic Regional Sales Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence within Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and market analysis, with a keen focus on achieving ambitious sales targets and establishing key relationships in the region.
Responsibilities
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding market share and increasing revenue within the assigned region.
• Set clear sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for the sales team to meet company objectives.
• Monitor sales performance through data-driven analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and optimized performance.
• Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to boost profitability and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns aligned with regional sales goals.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders within the region.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, address issues, and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and build brand presence.
• Visit colleges and educational institutions to introduce our courses and promote student enrollment.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any degree
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel within the region as required to achieve sales objectives and maintain client relationships.
